A confirmation of registration and receipt will be sent to you on receipt of a completed registration form and full payment.

Registration Fees
All fees are in Canadian dollars. The registration fee includes entrance to all Conference sessions and the trade show, access to speaker materials, Sunday evening reception, dinner on Monday evening, continental breakfast, coffee breaks and lunches on Monday and Tuesday.

Note: Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation.

Book Your Hotel Room
A block of rooms has been reserved for IPPSA delegates at the Conference Hotel, The Fairmont Banff Springs. To book your room please call (403) 762-6866 and mention that you are with the IPPSA Conference to ensure that you receive the special group rate.

Time
The registration desk will open at 17:00 on Sunday March 9, 2008 and at 07:30 on Monday March 10, 2008.

The Conference will finish at approximately 15:30 on Tuesday March 11, 2008.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be issued for cancellations received in writing (fax or email suggested) no later than February 8, 2008.

We regret we cannot give refunds after this date, however, delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the dates of the Conference. With the submission of this registration form your order is considered firm and the cancellation policy applies.

IPPSA Membership Information
