Sterling G. Koch, Chairman

Sterling Koch PhotoMr. Koch is Director of Regulatory & Legal Affairs at TransAlta Corporation.

TransAlta is one of Canada's largest investor-owned power producers, with power plants in Canada, the United States and Australia.

Mr. Koch is responsible for the regulatory, legal and market services functions for all aspects of TransAlta's generation business, with particular emphasis on the legal function of TransAlta's commercial, marketing and trading business in Canada and the United States.

John R. Bobenic, Vice-Chairman

MAXIM acquires, develops, owns and operates innovative and environmentally responsible power projects.

Mr. Bobenic is a Director and Chairman of the Board of a number of MAXIM subsidiaries and a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Dynetek Industries Ltd., a world leader in advanced lightweight fuel storage systems.

Mr. Bobenic is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA) and has his Bachelor of Commerce and Executive MBA from the University of Calgary.
